Pricing
Two numbers. Both on this page.
Most agencies make you book a call to find out what they charge. Here is what it costs.
One-time
The Build
$3,500 one-time
A new site on static infrastructure — built to load in under a second and structured so search engines and AI assistants can actually read it.
- Custom static build — no WordPress, no plugins, nothing to break in August
- Every service and service area you cover, each on its own page
- Complete JSON-LD schema so search engines and AI systems can identify what you do
- Lead capture wired to your inbox, plus call and form tracking
- Migration, redirects, hosting, and analytics setup
Ongoing
The Retainer
$1,250 per month
The ongoing work that keeps you visible — in Google, in the map results, and in the answers AI assistants give homeowners.
- AI search optimization and citation monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
- Google Business Profile management and Map Pack work for every town you serve
- Review generation system so happy customers stay visible
- New content every month, written for how homeowners actually search
- Ongoing technical maintenance and a monthly report you can read in five minutes
Ad spend, if you run ads, is billed directly to your own Google or Meta account. We do not mark it up.
Questions
What contractors ask before signing
Why is the price on the website?
Because you should be able to work out whether this fits your budget without booking a call to find out. The Build is $3,500. The Retainer is $1,250 a month. If those numbers work, the call is about whether we are a fit — not about the price.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. The retainer is month to month. If it stops earning its keep, you stop paying for it. The work we do on your site and your Google Business Profile stays yours either way.
Does the price include ad spend?
No. Paid ads are a secondary service here, not the main event, and any ad budget is billed directly by Google or Meta to your own account. We do not mark up ad spend.
Can I do the Build without the Retainer?
Yes. Plenty of contractors start with the site alone. But a fast site on its own does not get you cited by ChatGPT or ranked in the map results — that is what the ongoing work does.
How long until the site is live?
Typically three to four weeks from the point we have your service list, service areas, photos, and license details. The build itself is fast; gathering the details from a busy contractor is usually the slow part.
What happens to my current website?
We rebuild it, then redirect every old URL to its new equivalent so you do not lose the rankings you already have. Your domain stays yours throughout.
Know the price. Want to see if it fits?
One call to look at your site, your market, and whether this makes sense for you.
