For HVAC contractors

The homeowner already asked ChatGPT. Did it name you?

When a system quits in August, nobody scrolls to page two. They ask an AI assistant, they tap the map, or they call the first company that looks legitimate. We make sure that is you.

The problem

What is actually costing you calls

01

Your site was built for a brochure, not a breakdown

A homeowner standing next to a dead condenser is on their phone, in the heat, with no patience. If your site takes six seconds to load, they are already dialing the next company. Speed is not a vanity metric in this trade — it is the difference between the call and the competitor.

02

AI assistants are answering before Google gets a chance

A growing share of homeowners ask ChatGPT or read Google’s AI answer before they ever see a list of links. Those tools name two or three companies. If your site is not structured so they can read and quote it, you are not on the shortlist — and you will never see the search that skipped you.

03

You rank in one town and vanish in the next

The map results rank each town separately. Contractors who cover eight towns often show up in one and disappear in the other seven, which quietly caps how far the trucks can profitably drive.

04

Your busy season decides your marketing budget

Most HVAC marketing gets bought in July, when the phone is already ringing, and cancelled in October. The work that puts you in the map results and in AI answers takes months to compound, so the stop-start cycle means it never does.

The work

What we actually do

One system, run continuously. It is the same three phases for every contractor we work with, because the order matters — you cannot get cited by an AI assistant on a site it cannot parse.

A site built for the driveway, not the desktop

Static infrastructure that loads in under a second on a phone with two bars. Every service and every town you cover gets its own real page — not a dropdown on a single page that Google reads as one thing.

Structured so AI assistants can quote you

Schema markup on every page that matters, crawlable HTML that does not need JavaScript to render, and content written in the shapes these systems actually lift — direct answers, clear pricing signals, plain service definitions.

Map results in every town you serve

Google Business Profile built out and maintained, service-area pages that match how people actually search, and NAP consistency across the directories that still carry weight.

Reviews that keep arriving

A request system that asks at the right moment — after the tech leaves, while the house is finally cool. Review volume and recency are among the strongest signals in the map results, and they decay if nobody is working them.

Maintenance-agreement and replacement pages that convert

The pages that carry your real margin get built to sell, not just to exist. Comfort club or service agreement signup, financing, and system-replacement pages written for a homeowner deciding between repair and replace.

Proof

Accelerated Air, Santa Rosa Beach

A Gulf Coast HVAC contractor running 24/7 emergency service across the 30A corridor. We built their site on the static system — twelve services and fourteen service areas, each on its own page, with complete schema markup throughout.

  • 12

Services, each on its own page

  • 14

    Service areas covered individually

  • 24/7

    Emergency response, surfaced site-wide

Questions

What contractors ask

How is this different from the marketing company I already pay?

Most of them are running you on WordPress, posting to Facebook, and calling it marketing. Ask yours what your Core Web Vitals are, or whether ChatGPT names you when someone asks who to call. If they cannot answer, that is the difference.

How long before I see anything?

The site is live in three to four weeks and the speed difference is immediate. Map results and AI citations take longer — typically three to six months of continuous work before the compounding shows up in booked calls. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

Do you work with more than one HVAC company in a town?

No. We do not take two contractors competing for the same service area. It would mean optimizing two sites against each other, which is not a service, it is a conflict.

I have three trucks. Am I too small for this?

Three to fifteen trucks is exactly who this is built for. Below that the numbers usually do not work yet, and we will tell you so on the call rather than sell you something you cannot get a return on.

Who owns the website when we are done?

You do, from day one. The domain stays in your name, and if you leave, the site goes with you. We do not hold sites hostage to keep retainers.

Do you run our Google Ads too?

We can, but it is not the pitch. Ads stop the day you stop paying. The point of this work is that the map results and AI citations keep producing after the invoice clears.
